MARINE AND CARGO SURVEY:

Although we are better known for Cargo Superintendence and Small Craft Survey work, two specialized fields in which we excel, our proprietor, Capt. Herman, is an experienced Marine Surveyor, and we offer a wide range, though not a full range, of marine and cargo survey services.

Since we have only one full-time surveyor, we are unable to cater to clients who have large-scale liner operations in Hong Kong and require a large team of surveyors. Nor do we compete for the lower-end jobs, where the employment of a less qualified and less experienced junior surveyor would be more cost-effective. On the other hand, being a one-man company, we have an advantage in cases where maximum privacy and confidentiality is required.

Our target market is those individual ship operators, shippers, consignees and P & I Clubs who require the services of a first class marine surveyor for individual surveys and investigations.

Examples of the type of survey work Capt. Herman has carried out in the past, in Hong Kong and neighbouring countries, includes.
